Terms of Service

General Terms

1. If my terms of service change while i am in the middle of a piece for you, you will not be held to the new terms, only the ones which existed when you commissioned me
2. I require a down payment of at least half the final price before i will begi working. You may choose to pay the rest then, or after you have approved the sketch
3. I will present you with a sketch once it is finished, and at that time you may request any needed changes. After this point i cannot garruntee that i'll be able to provide any changes you request
4. I reserve the right to decline your commission if your general demeanour is rude or unpleasant. I refuse to work with or for anyone who does not respect me. This applies to any point during the commission process.
5. I do not currently have a blacklist, but should the need present itself then i reserve the right to blacklist anyone for any reason i see fit, and that decision will be non-negotiable

Customs Terms

1. Any species you ask my to create a design for must be open. If it is not, you will be required to present me with proof of permission to own a character from that species. I may choose to contact the person whose permission you claim to have.
2. You will be responsible for covering the fees for any character or bases you may want me to create/use
3. I don't mind my designs being sold/gifted/traded/etc. but i do require that my name follows the design. I must be credited my any owners of the design, and i'd prefer if you'd alert me if you plan for the design to exchange hands
4. Custom prices are variable, and tend to depend on the complexity of the character, and i reserve the right to charge extra for additional details. All prices will be decided when you commission me, and will not change throughout the process
5. Once you have commissioned a custom from me that character belongs to you, and i do not have the right to take it back or even request that you return it

Adopt Terms

Refund Terms

1. If you qualify for a refund you will be refunded the exact amount you paid, no more, no less
2. You will be refunded if i cancel your art due to: personal lack of motivation, technical difficulties, inability to create work i am personally proud of
3. You will NOT be refunded if i cancel your art due to: violation of terms, rude demeanour, refusal or inability to pay the agreed upon price
4. You will NOT be refunded if you choose to cancel your commission, regardless of progress
