Blurryface is the physical embodiment of the poison inside Mimi, and often reveals himself in this form, conjoined together by their tails. "Blurryface" was the first thing Mimi had thought about him when he first made his presence known. He can read her thoughts, and feel her emotions, so seeing as this was an affectionate nickname, he dubbed it his true name, as he didn't have one before.
