Speed has a snaggle tooth on both sides of his jaw. His jaw bone is disjointed in a way that makes it look like he's always smiling (see jaw diagram for better explanation). The turqoise streaks on his face go from his eyes to the mouth, similar to a teartrack. He has five arrow shaped stripes on his backside, one before the wings, three on the back, and one on the tail.
Backstory
Speed started out his life normally but something always felt off. He realized what it was the day he killed an innocent florist dragon. In place of normal emotions he had a ravenous desire to see raw emotions on others. With seemingly infinite patience he'll befriend people just to see their face of betrayal as he claws their heart out. Speed's mind is cold and calculating, figuring out the most precise way to get the optimal amount of fear out of someone. His lack of empathy makes him a truly terrifying dragon to be around.
