finally, dr.salt 

mad surgeon. very unpredictible and unstable . likes to eat plain salt . very interested in guts , gore and video games with said guts and gore

Aside from that hes a  business wiz , he used his skills to invest in friends so he can live comfortably.. 

(and to shield himself a little from looking like a wacko)

the (not so silent) partner of doodles shop and owner of sugarpot and co.

 hes the backbone and founding member of sugarpot co.  ___ is the face  and runs  the company  with him , to make it easier to market - they've been long time friends and even lovers for a short time-  differences in what they both wanted  led to them staying friends . ___ charm made it easier to market the place , but he hasnt been able to do much else ever since since ___ has been taking a more active role - been oing it all on her own

since he wanted  a project himself , honey gave him the task focused on marketing her products  on the ranch ... but how to do that?

he then stumbled across doodleburg, working at a small stand in a cafe  . he liked his food  and vibe so much  that he backed him up - after many convos and ideas , that led to the spacey futuristic design of the traveling marshmallow.

 Handles more of the technical side of things - the dimension traveling , ship maintenance,    etc. 

He met Carolina  when hiring staff for the marshmallow and a trusted assistant for the company - hes absolutely smitten , and theyve been together ever since  they first met- an odd pairing but a great one nonetheless

over time theyve ended up looking for a third partner - they have a lot of love to give!
