Design notes:

• The odd patterning on his arms and legs are not skin, they're scales! 
• The underside of his hair is the same black as his arms 
• He's got a burn scar on a large portion of his face + thigh! 
• The vines on his head start behind his ears and curl behind his horns. The flowers on his head sprout right in front of his horns (from the head, not from the horns!)
• His tail is thick and roughly as long as he is tall 
• He paints his nails!
