Cyrus's Ownership

All designs on this account are still held accountable to my t.o.s despite being on my storage account. What this means is:

General Rules

• I do not care what you do with my designs. Villains and morally evil people exist for a reason. I do not condone these actions and if a character owner does, I am not responsible for helicoptering over the usage of my designs and a design does not reflect my personal views.
  • On this note, I may be hesitant to do business with users who glorify negative viewpoints.
• Not safe for work or explicit content is also fine with me, I am an adult and can legally observe these types of artwork.
  • I do not condone morally wrong NSFW scenarios such as pedophilia, zoophilia, and other harmful relationships, but again, once a design leaves me, it's not my responsibilty, but I may be hesitant to personally sell any designs to users who exhibit this behavior regularly or glorify it.
• My designs can also be used for commercial artwork, except you must redraw or commission new artwork, unless you contact me and pay a fee to use the artwork commercially.
  • You are welcome to use any of my art of your characters for personal reasons or for friends and family. As long as you do not make a profit off my art or claim it as your own, I don't mind.
• I can't stop you, but I'd really like to be able to see my designs on here, so if you put them on private, please put me on an authorized list.
• I will never reclaim a design if you've finished all payment for it. 
  • If payment is unfinished, or if a chargeback or other revocation of payment is initiated, you relinquish all ownership and are instantly placed on my blacklist.

Resell/Retrade/Regift Rules

• If you purchased a design from me, Auviperic specifically, you are allowed to resell at any price as long as it's reasonable. If you purchased a design of mine from someone else, you may resell the character at the price you paid.
  • You can also regift or retrade.
• If you traded for a design, by art, characters, or other means, you are not allowed to sell the design for any monetary gain, real or virtual.
  • You can also regift.
• If you recieved a design free, you cannot resell or trade the design.
• If extra art is added, by any means, personal or commissioned, you can add that value to the design.
  • I allow 'selling' trade or gift characters as long as you offer a commission or some form of extra compensation.
• If I notice overpricing, I will not contact you, but may be wary of selling designs to you in the future.
  • If an emergency arises where you desperately need money, please contact me and I'll allow you to sell characters obtained by trade or free. You must contact me first or I will assume you are violating my terms.
• As long as a design remains on toyhouse, there is no need to tell me of new owners. If sold off toyhouse, I strongly prefer you let me know new owners.
• If you put a design up for sale, feel free to ping Auviperic I might be interested in getting some of my old designs back!

Redesign Rules

• You can redesign characters freely without contacting me, but I must be credited for the original design.
• If you redesign a character to the point of being different enough, or unrecognizable, you are absolutely welcome to claim ownership over the new design, as long as the old design remains under my credit (aka, uploading a seperate character or tab).
• You can contact me for a redesign of any design for 20% off. 50% off if the design is over 6 months old.

• My blacklist is not public and I will not ban others from owning my designs or obtaining new ones. It's for my own sake so I know what users are problematic and who I should be careful of doing business with. I may make it public if required, but for now, it is only for my own.
• I do not block except in cases of harassment to me personally. I believe in resolving differences and arguements peacefully, so please contact me if there was a misunderstanding or if you've learned from previous actions.
