Neo Tokyo, or Neo for short, was designed for me by my friend Cash.
I redesigned her based around the 1989 BioGoji godzilla suit.
She can be in a huge kaiju form, but she is mostly small, human sized (5"11)
Neo is Japanese coded, and grew up in Kamata, Tokyo.
Neo loves to hang out with her friends. She loves to go out at night when everything is live and bustling and all the lights are on. She goes out and parties like her life is about to end. She loves to drink, smoke, and eat with her firneds, and take joyrides on her bike and in her friend's cars.
Neo is super sweet, and loves to help people out, but she is very protective of her family and friends and will not hesitate to bust some balls to protect the ones she loves.
