Personality
The Gatekeeper is a very twisted individual who doesn't quite care what he does, as long as it pleases him to do it. (Much to the expense of others) The longer his horns grow, however, the less of a grip on reality he has. As his name suggests, he is the keeper of the gate, meaning he can open any door/lock. He is a collector of sorts, and the pouch at his belt is full of stolen items, and ths keyring holds keys that no longer have a lock to go to. He is pretty careless, though quick tempered, and wields a key-blade that he uses when he fights.
Physical qualities
He is a very quirky character with a Mad Hatter kind of air about him. He has a ring of keys at his hip, and wields a large key.
He likes to take the shape of a anthro Feline, with strange, rambling markings.
He has a pair of horns that tend to grow and crack as his insanity fluctuates. As he becomes more normal, they crack off and crumble into shattered stubs. However, they fluctuate and grow into gnarled twisted horns as he looses his mind. The twist has no effect as to how far he "looses it"
His cloths consist of a large hat with holes cut into it for his horns. He wears a thin white shirt under a wives petticoat with a vest. He wears no pants, but has a large belt. The belt has loops on it on either side. While one loop supports a key ring loaded down with keys of many shapes and sizes and colors. The other loop sports a small pocket like pack for storing little items and trinkets.
Sometimes he fancies himself as a thief, but has never stolen anything of high value. He likes to hoard shiny things, and things hat make funny noise when clinking together or dropped. Bottle caps, dimes and jingle bells are his favored items.
I'm still trying to figure out some neck accessories, but I'm thinking of having it be a Spoon.

Powers, abilities and skills
The Gate keeper has a set of horns that grow and crumble along with his mental state. On his hip is a large ring of keys that can open any door to any dimension, even if it takes well over an hour to open the door and sifting through random keys. His larger key also doubles as a sword.
Fun Facts
-He was married for a while, To Izzybee's Lights, not sure where she is now. He's sort of afraid he killed her.
-He and his (ex?) wife would sword fight tf out of each other when he went nuts.
-it probably wasn't a happy marriage for her...
