Mila

Mila's a mink that got really into punk in high school. She managed to stumble upon a spell-book filled with ice magic and basically spent senior year studying that instead of actual homework while still somehow graduating.  

She’s tough and a bit rude at times, but doesn’t actually want to get in fights. It’s unfair anyway, as others just end up as ice sculptures for a bit. SHe just calls them time outs because they're left unharmed after they thaw.

Has a soft spot for Sally, acting as a bit of an older sister when she’s not working at one of those hip teen stores (which she only works there for the discounts on the actually good clothes)
