Rilke (Subject NS#201)

Rilke's abnormality was visible from birth, he was near immediately taken from his mother in the hospital, shipped off to one of the closest facilities. His powers included manipulation of electric frequencies and the ability to access the internet through any terminal he has access to. He is currently a neutralized, sentient anomaly, and is sharing a cell with Finnic. Rilke and Finnic will be the protagonists of book one.
