Alethia

She is an incarnation of the Moon Goddess, Alethia. Her nickname, Blue Moon, comes from the fact that she was born on a night with a blue moon. While Alethia is the youngest of the original three Deities, she has existed for a very long time. 

The Darkness and the Spirit battled for millenia before reaching a truce. They then collaborated to start creating life on earth, mostly consisting of plants and eventually animals. They then created humanoid creatures and eventually humans themselves. At some point in time, they had a debate about the eventual fate of a particular humanoid creature (whether they should disappear back into the Core like all humans eventually do, or join the deities in their realm). So to settle the dispute, they asked the Moon to make the final decision (and, in doing so, had her join them as a deity as well). Alethia decided that this human was worthy of living amongst gods, so then there were four of them.

While living in the Realm of the Gods is all fine and dandy, the gods sometimes gets bored. What happens then, is that they either make or choose a living creature on earth to inhabit for some time. Some, like the Spirit, do this to strengthen the peoples' faith in the gods. Others (the Darkness, for examples) do it when they're angry at the other deities, or when they just want to have some fun and entertain themselves. Alethia, being quite vain, usually does it to be admired, though she does not like to have many people near her at all, and she prefers nature to large cities. That's why she chose an elven form this time around. 

The wood elves are very strange creatures who keep their distance from society, but who taunt people crossing through their domain and sometimes take one or two of them into their midst to play. There Alethia stays in her beautiful elven form, ruling the others like a queen. She possesses charm and magic in equal amounts, which she uses to keep her followers safe from harm.

Usually happy and quite carefree, Alethia seems like any of the other elves. However, when she is upset she becomes incredibly frightening. She is dangerous, has a quick temper, and lashes out when angry. She is also extremely stubborn, so if she does not get her way, she can make things very difficult for you. But if you aim to please, she'll be nice and treat you almost like an equal. More like a very smart pet, put it's definitely a start.
