PERSONALITY: Calm and collected within the council, this tall fleu won't let his kingdom fall. He's incredibly empathetic, easily manipulated by the feelings of others. Outside the council he can be playful and childish.

HISTORY(summarized): Born a royal, Elpis spent a lot of time learning about the courts and how to run everything. His father was a guardian, and Elpis was upset he wasn't born one himself. He graduated into becoming part of the council when he reached 18, and began to help to the best of his abilities. He was surprisingly good at the job, and was praised by older members of the council. He became close friends with his knight, but the boy soon died in an accident. Elpis was assigned a new one, but this knight was not especially friendly, and left Elpis somewhat lonely. It wasn't long before his father had died, and Elpis was chosen to be the new Guardian.
