Lexx isn't one to go outside of their comfort zone, so applying to be on the show was a complete spur-of-the-moment decision. They want to try and be more out going, so why not just jump head first into the deep end.
Grayson and Lexx went to school together. Seeing him again spiked Lexx's anxiety, but it calmed down a little when it's clear just how much Grayson has changed since highschool. Lexx really doesn't know how to feel about them, Grayson was a bullie, but he was just a kid and he seems like he's trying so hard to change. Though it's a little difficult with him constantly apologising to them and telling them they should hate him.
Nova is a ball of energy, quite the opposite to Lexx. But you know what they say, opposites attract. Nova helps Lexx come out of their shell, and makes sure their voice is always heard.
