General T&C:

- All payment is up front and via Paypal invoicing.

- All goods are digital only.
- Feel free to repost, use as profile pricture, upload on Toyhouse (etc.) with PROPER credit ONLY.
- Do not add your watermark on my artwork.
- Do not edit my artwork in anyways.
- Do not trace or copy in anyways.
- Do not pretend you did the artwork.
- Personal use only. (I do not do commercial use at all)
- I work one commission at the time.
- DO NOT chargeback- If you have a major issue please talk to me about it.
Adopt/custom (include rules above):
- All rules above also applies here:
- Do not edit my artwork in anyways.
- I only work with artistic liberty for custom.
- Do not trace or copy in anyways.
- Do not pretend you did the design.
- Do not make an original species out of a custom design/adopt.
- Do not "buy to resell" or resell with an higher price. (without extra commissioned art)
- Personal use only.
- Proper credit is required!
- Do not trade/resell to somone who is blacklisted from me, I do not want them to own my designs.
- If a chargeback occurs I have the right and will reclaim the design and resell it to a new owner.
