Mitsu Chikae, also known as the Busy Bee Hero: Chubbee, is a Search and Rescue factioned Pro-Hero.
Chubbee is a pale young lady that has blonde hair grown out long, down to her waist, with black streaks naturally appearing horizontally in her hair matching the pattern that of a honey bee, with light blue eyes. Around her neck and from her wrist to just below her elbows, she has a brown, soft fuzz that seem to be a natural part of her body (as no one has ever seen her without). Her Bee Quirk can be seen in the anatomy of a pair of large, translucent, yellow wings, a large bee abdomen that protrudes from her lower back that is brown and dark gold in color and includes a stinger, a pair of antenna coming out just above her forehead, and bee like feet that fad from her skin color to black as they go down.
People who have met Chubbee usually say the same things about her; that she is just as soft personality wise as she looks physically. She has a genuine and kind hearted nature to almost anyone that she meets, very welcoming and accepting and always seeing the good in those around her. She tries to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, even sometimes in villains (but this could be seen being because of other aspects of her life). An easy person to talk to and emanating a warm aura consistently, it's no surprise that she seems to attract people to her fairly easily and others always have positive things to say. This can definitely be seen when she is with fans or the students at the Hero Academies, treating them all like close friends. When she speaks, her voice is always calm, soft, never seeming to raise into any kind of shout even when she does get any kind of "heated", and she seems to easily just go with the flow as things come her way. As a search and rescue hero, protecting others is very important to her so she always has a natural care for everyone, which gets kicked into overdrive when working. She is fiercly passionate about her hero work and will put in much time, effort, and energy into it, as long as a rescue will take. While she seems soft, she can get tough when the time calls for it.
Having said all this, it also is no surprise that Chubbee is known to be sometimes incredibly oblivious to things in the world around her, a lot of malicious (among other things) easily flying over her head and going outside her realm of understanding. Some of the time, she seems spaced out and in her own little world, even when she IS intentlly focused on something. This is exceedingly true when doing things such as her hobbies or listening to someone speak. It isn't that she isn't paying attention, it's more she just smiles. nods and does her best but it doesn't always seem to look like she is. But people give her a pass because she's a good person and just nice to be around. This obliviousness can be seen in full when it comes to her childhood friend/bully; constantly harshly teasing her all their lives but always defending him and considering him her closest friend, not understanding he didn't see her that way and all she saw was the good in him.

- Because bees are naturally attracted to her, Chubbee has taken on a hobby of bee keeping and honey making/selling on the side of her hero work. She tends to use this honey to bake sweets and take them to Pro-Hero agencies and students of the Hero Academies.
- She also has a large garden she tends to, however the only things planted are certain flowers and herbs that are good for bees, donating the edible plants when they fully grow.
- As said in her history, her Hero Name came from a childhood friend/bully. It was a nickname he gave her as an insult but she didn't realize, thought it was really cute, and kept it, backfiring further as everyone else agreed with her and loved it too.
