Bibi is one of Dr. Cortex's many creations, and the only bandicoot that isn't against him in some way.
Pre- Evolvo-Ray
Bibi was captured by Cortex as any of his other creations were.Believing that he could find a truly loyal commando in Bibi, Dr. Cortex chose to keep her. After her capture, Bibi was handed over to Dr. Code to look after.
Dr. Cortex believed Dr. Code to be incapable of becoming attached, and left Bibi in her care. Unfortunately, Dr. Code developed a hardy attachment, and not only named Bibi against Dr. Code's instructions, but actively doted on the bandicoot. When Bibi was supposed to show Bibi war footage and violent films, Dr. Code marathoned 80s & 90s family sitcoms. Where Dr. Cortex anticipated a cold, detached attitude between the two, a strong bond developed.

Post- Evolvo-Ray
Following Bibi's procedure with the Evolvo-Ray, she came out much unlike Dr. Cortex had anticipated. Small, sweet, and naive, Bibi was more like a child than a planet-dominating war machine. Still, Dr. Cortex proceeded, attempting to teach Bibi how to behave as he wanted, with minimal success.
Bibi is currently under the care of Dr. Code, learning the basics of computer coding and technology. Bibi is still actively training under Dr. Cortex to one day be one of his future army creatures, but she doesn't show much interest in harming others (most likely due to her close familial bond with Dr. Code).

Bibi's personality stats
Bibi is a young bandicoot with a penchant for mischief. Curious, Bibi often causes trouble on accident, whether it be pressing buttons or pulling levers, just to see what they do. While she does show this interest in the scientific process, she lacks foresight, and acts with little discretion on consequences.
Bibi spends quite a bit of time with Dr. Code, and thus knows a bit about computers and programming. With this knowledge, she hacks old Gameboy cartridges and alters games to her benefit. That is currently the extent of her coding knowledge. Bibi is very friendly, and will often share with others. However, if Dr. Code instructs her to hold on to something, she stores it in the pocket of her dungarees until further notice. Bibi is loyal and obedient, but only to certain people.

Relationships
Bibi spends time with Dr. Cortex during her training, and is usually bribed to train with candy and juice. Though they spend a good amount of time together, it usually ends with Cortex annoyed and exhausted with her lack of progress. Bibi tries to refer to him as "uncle" (as learned from Nina), and he often rebuffs her.
Bibi doesn't often see Dr. Tropy, and their interactions are limited. Dr. Tropy doesn't like fur on his person, and will usually physically distance himself from Bibi when she's around. Bibi refers to him as "grandpa", and he usually lets it slide.
Bibi loves spending time with Dr. Brio, and he usually allows her to sit in on his experiments as long as she doesn't touch everything. He often gives her treats, and will turn on movies for her when she's bored. Bibi also is known to talk to Dr. Brio on his bad days, and usually brings him a gift (flowers with the roots attached, something stolen from Dr. Cortex's office, etc.). Bibi often refers to Dr. Brio as "uncle", and he almost never corrects her.
When Bibi can't spend time with Dr. Code, she goes straight to Dr. Gin. She often distracts N. Gin by bringing her Gameboy and showing him what she's done to change the game. When N. Gin is immersed in his work, she usually sits next to him, applying stickers to his missile until he's finished with his work. Bibi often refers to N. Gin as "uncle", and is almost never corrected.
Bibi is usually seen with Dr. Code, whether it be waiting for her to finish working, or spending time together. Dr. Code is Bibi's primary caretaker, and they love spending time with each other. Dr. Code is known to watch movies with Bibi, and will sometimes take days off to spend time with her. Bibi often refers to Dr. Code as "mama", and is never corrected.
