Name - Hoki (The 'o' is pronounced as you would say it in the alphabet) - Japanese translation to 'Abandonment'

If you visit a village that lies at the base of mountains, you'll here myths and folklore of the cave within the mountains. Legend has that each year, a villager will become compelled to travel through the mountains and into a cave opening. There's a low hum of a song that no one ever heard, their head will become fuzzy and their body becomes warm as if they were taking a hot bath. As they travel through the cave, they were never seen by morning. Years later and more disappearances, the cave have been found by a group of mountaineers. It's dark and the only things inside are the bony remains of the missing people. Now the villagers believe that the mountains ate them... ... But what they don't know is the creature that lies within ...

They got their name from quiet and lonesome atmosphere that the mountains hold. They enjoy being in dark damp places, it keeps their scales moist and their eyes adapt to the darkness. The cave they live in actually goes really deep so there toxic particles in the air. Therefore the glow from his body are an effect from his lungs filtering the air. His eyes are sensitive to bright lights such as the sun
