Toki is a Shadar-kai rouge who uses a magic called cartomancy to give him the upper hand in battle along with several things he has inherited from his family such as his ability to teleport and his family's weapon Life's limit. Life's limit is an ornate somewhat grim rapier that has been passed down in the Urima family for generations and the next wielder is determined by who can best the current wielder of the blade. Toki tends to have a one track mind set when given a task or goal to complete but otherwise he is fairly laid back and goes along with whatever is happening around him. Toki has a very strong sense of loyalty to his family and doesn't take long to warm up to people he happens to be working with. Toki has straight yet slightly messy white hair and a strong jaw. A few freckles speckled on his face and across his lean nose. He has light grey skin and green eyes and tends to wear nice looking clothes that are a little worn out.
