The character is countless years old and is male, but goes by any pronoun.
As goofy as this cartoony dragon is, he's also incredibly dangerous as he possesses the deadliest power of them all: ...Cartoon physics. However, if you don't do anything wrong there is no reason to fear him. In fact, he could easily become your friend. He helps overlook the land of Eitor. It is said that if you suppress creativity of others, Ditzy will personally come and whack you with a mallet. ...Or drop an anvil on you.
Appearance: Ditzy has a big and huggable pear shaped body, a slight pot belly, and has very tiny fairy-like wings. His usual size is about 11 feet, but he can grow and shrink at will. His tail is rather big and long, with a triangular tip. (Refer to tail #2.) Like the pokemon Dragonite and many cartoon dragons, the area extending from beneath his tail to up his belly and chin is a different color from the rest of him and is lined/striped. Both his hands and his feet are pawed, and have 3 small and short grey claws poking out. Running from his tail to all the way up to his head are a row of roundish triangular scales that poke upwards. (I'm not even sure if those count as scales, but an example of these is the character Ord from dragon tales. Or better yet, this shitty stock dragon gives a decent idea of not only his body shape, but a good reference of the "scales," and his tail.) His head is roundish and he has a snout that bears a resemblance to pretty much most of the dragon tales cast.
