Movarth

A very ancient and powerful vampiric dragon, Movarth is a threat to all living around him.
He is rather rude, snide and cynical, and if often putting others down, even those who serve him- however he is an excellent sweet talker, and it's very easy to be seduced by the charm he can put on.
He loves who he is, he can't get enough of himself, and so wishes everyone could enjoy the kind of power he has as a vampire of sorts. 
He is very much like the vampires humans tell tales about- he drinks the blood of his victims to make them his slaves, he hates sunlight and prefers the darkness of his cave- except a dragon is much more dangerous than a human.
He uses his sharp teeth and spear-like tongue to immobilise his victims and drink their blood.
