Born to two immortal dads after moving to England in 1970, Hanako was the most modern in her family- with a brother nearly 100 years her senior and two Victorian dads, she often felt disconnected- but managed to modernize these old coots.
She restarted her grandma Susie's fashion empire, taking inspiration from century-old designs and making them timeless.
She met Anatol after a rough breakup with her ex Leon, who took advantage of her low place and became obsessed with her. When she wanted to move on to Matt, this vampire wouldn't take no for an answer and wanted another immortal to love.
After being chased by that crazy Russian vampire, she currently lives most of the year with her husband, Matt, in Montana, and the winter with her parents in England.
Her little brother Shiori was recently born in 2020 and is growing up happy and healthy.
