Owning my work:

Artwork and character designs that I have created should be credited to this account or my instagram: https://www.instagram.com/spirithorse1221/ (TH credits are preffered).

General Rules:

1. All of the OCs on my profile are either owned by me, co-owned by me and another user (will be stated in their TH profile), or have been designed by me and are awaiting their new owner. 

2. Do NOT ask if an OC is for sale unless they are in this folder: https://toyhou.se/Spirithorse1221/characters/folder:2064888 (You MAY ask to be put on a waitlist to be notified if they ever sell).

3. If you see a miscredited work or know an artist of a non-credited artwork, please comment on the OC's profile! It would be a great help <3

4. Feel free to draw fanart of my OCs and send it to me, or draw my OCs with your OCs! (NSFW/Triggering art WILL NOT be tolerated unless priorly discussed; if we are NOT mutuals, do not ask to draw triggering or obscene content of my OCs)

5. Do NOT copy my art, designs, or my characters. You MAY reference aspects of certain designs BUT you should be ask about it first and recieve permission before committing to your referenced design.

OC Claiming/ Copying:

1. ALL OCs posted on my TH are rightfully owned by Spirithorse1221, you do NOT have permission to copy any OC, or claim them as your own.

2. If you have an issue with one of my OCs looking similar to yours, look at the creation date of both OCs and see which one was created first. If yours was created first, feel free to DM me, however, ALL of my OCs have been created without reference to other people's works, so it does NOT guarantee an alteration of my OC. If YOUR OC was created after my OC, then leave it or alter the design slightly to dissuade any "copying" accusations from others. If you created the design in reference to my OC WITH PERMISSION, that is fine, but if I have NOT given permissions to you, then you either need to talk to me about it or alter your design and stop referencing my characters.

By reading ANY of these rules you have unanimously agreed to respect my rules and TOS. Any breaking of this code will result in a block unless I see fit to approach the infractor and settle our dissagreement.
