Zoru is the police department's local incompetent cop. He might look like it, but he's actually got a lot on his mind of his. He's fast, agile, and smart on his feet, but he can't resist being lazy!
If you haven't noticed yet, Zoru is quite cat-like. He's so cat-like that- He inserts meows in his sentences! He's not afraid to speak his mind out!

Zoru was born into a rich and influencial family... Except that he was excluded from everything due to the fact that he was pretty useless and had no trophies from winning a lot of soccer games or an award for finding life in another planet. He was forgotten by everybody, and was always in the shadows of his family. He grew up not being seen for his achievements and being insulted, so he ran away. Far, far away. He brought money with him and lived alone in a lanky apartment and finished Police Academy without a hitch.
He's currently a police officer and on the same department as Yugo. He barely does outside work and just prefers doing desk work despite the fact he's really great at working outside.
Zoru has the ability of being like well- a cat! He's very flexible, has great speed and agility, and hunting skills as well!
