Shy, soft spoken, thinks talking is a waste of time. She thinks that these days, nobody talks about anything that matters. She believes that the only thing that really matters is what you love, and what you love to do. She loves sailing and anything to do with the sea. Her best friend is Seadog.

It's a name I've really liked and I felt it suited her.

Bailey's human is a sweet, blonde girl named Caroline in her late teens/mid 20s. She lives in a small beach house, right on the beach. She owns a small sailboat. Every night, Bailey sleeps by the large windows in Caroline's bedroom. There are no curtains, because both of them are early birds and get up at sunrise every morning. They watch the sunrise from their windows, or from their jetty (dock), or from their boat at sea. Bailey enjoys looking for seashells, she carries a little sack with her sometimes to collect shells; finding sea glass is her favorite. Bailey is very intrigued by the creatures at the beach, like seagulls, crabs, and small shorebirds, and is friendly and curious with them, sometimes taking chase. Bailey loves swimming, she gets dried with a hairdryer to prevent mold from developing in her fabric; she loves the feel of it. She often sits upon her dock to watch the sea, seagulls, and dolphins. There is a window in Caroline's bathroom that is attached to her room, and Bailey likes climbing up on the toilet and sink counter to look out it. Through both the bedroom and bathroom window is a view of the beach and the sea. Bailey's favorite activity is sailing in the sailboat. Every outing, she puts on her sailor's hat, and always stands at the front of the boat. She loves feeling the wind, and enjoys as it flops her ears around. Bailey loves the smell of sea salt in the air, the sound of seagulls and the sound of the ocean.
