☆☽ ORDERING Custom designs are subject to the main portion of my t.o.s. I only give my designs through toyhou.se as it auto credits me as the creator of the design. I will not sell designs without you owning a toyhou.se
☆☽ GIFTED The design was gifted or traded to you without payment. You have NO right to sell the character/design to someone else. Do not give them away to others without contacting me with consent.
☆☽ RESELLING When selling them you can not sell them for more than the original price of the adoption. If you paid for artwork to be done for your character then you can sell it for a higher price. Free Gifted art will not be counted for sale.
☆☽ New Owners Let me know who has them! Credit me on the design ref.
