| Nuka is the only one of his kind in the area so he tends to hang out with normal sea otters for company. While bigger than the average otter, he blends in quit well from a distance which he uses to his benefit. The raft he lives with is one of the big attractions in the area for tourists conveniently for Nuka. When boats get close he moves in a charms people. When they get food or phones close enough for his little sticky paws to get a hold of he grabs and bolts. Phones only provide him limited entertainment as he can't read but food is always welcome. He's earned himself a reputation for being a local menace but the same laws protecting the sea otters protects him as well. His reign of terror may never end. |
