Junayd

Junayd, or June

Junayd is a siren, a rarity that they were born male, and as such, were to be the protector of their reef. Unfortunately, with all of the expectations placed on them, they became incredibly shy, often attempting to avoid the spotlight. Rather than being on guard, they would often be found on the beaches, observing the humans around. They generally prefer to be alone, though on occasion, they do attempt to socialize, generally more with humans than their own.

This siren has the unique ability to become 'fully fish', assuming the form of a blacktip reef shark. While this tends to be more comfortable to them, as it aids in their solitary preferences, they often avoid this, as it can be seen as intimidating toward humans.

They are very conscious of the people around them and will, more often than not, leave if the situation should become less-than-calm. Should they remain, and the situation become too energetic or excited, there is a chance of overwhelming them, causing them to go into a frenzy. This nearly never happens and, typically, it is around their fellow sirens.
