Design Terms of Use
Verakins:
Verakins are a semi-open raptor species by me, and are not to be reproduced. They are not to be sold/traded for more than you bought them for unless they have artwork. Physical traits are not to be added - such as spikes, horns, etc. A little hair tuff or some styling adjustments (like a tied up tail tuff) are not considered physical traits. Offspring / siblings are also not to be reproduced if they're MY adopts. ______________
General:
They're yours once you buy them. Sibling characters and sibling designs are not allowed if they're MY adopts. Credit me for the design, you don't have to on every art piece, only when asked and the original submission. You do not have to tell me where they go. Do not sell them for more than you bought unless their is art with them. If they were traded to you by me, they cannot be sold, only traded and given away. You can mod the design how you would like to. You may not put your own TOS over designs I have made. Do not flip the design. (Ex: buying it to redesign and make it 'better' and sell it)
ADOPTABLES
- The design is yours once you buy the design.
- Credit me for the design, you don't have to on every art piece.
- You only have to credit when asked, on the original first submission on your own accounts (toyhouse, fa, etc), or if the place it is uploaded requires credit (aka, toyhouse).
- Any modifications to the design are allowed.
- You do not have to tell me where they go.
- I will personally not do edits to adoptables.
- You may resell them for whatever you'd like to sell them for.
- You may not put any ToS over my character designs / adoptables.
CUSTOM CHARACTER DESIGNS
- If the sketch is complete, there will be no refunds.
- Changes will not be made to the lineart once the sketch is initially approved the first time.
- Artistic freedom will only have two to three changes before a charge.
- Customs are like adoptables and can be resold after a month of ownership.
- You do not have to tell me where they go.
- Any modifications to the design are allowed.
- You may resell the design for whatever you'd like to sell them for.
- All sales are final after the design is complete.
- There will be no edits completed by me after the design is completed.
- You may not put any ToS over my character designs / adoptables.
- If the client is deemed unreachable (not replying to emails, messages, and generally is not replying to works in progresses / sketches presented, in a 72 hour period they relinquish privileges to the correction stage. Work will be completed without the client's consent as a result.
WICKERBEAST HYBRID DESIGNS
- Wickerbeast Hybrids follow all the custom design terms of service, whether they are a custom or not.
- Wickerbeast Hybrids can have markings modded, however physical traits (like adding an extra set of arms, changing a tail, adding an extra eye or spine) are not allowed.
