A gutsy and sea-loving harpip, Ridley is a great pirate captain who sails the sea with his crew. He lost his wing when he was a young adult, taken from him by a centicorn he once loved.

In his early 20's Ridley met a centicorn with a love for the sea like he did. They fell in love instantly, and the centicorn joined Ridley on his pirate adventures. Together they sailed the high seas, stealing any treasure they came across. They had been together for 2 years when the centicorn betrayed him. Filled with greed, they wanted all of the money for themself. They stood over Ridley as he slept, they drew their sword and struck down at him, luckily for Ridley their aim was off and they slashed his wing instead of his chest. The centicorn ran off, taking as much gold as they could carry and escaping on a row boat, never to be seen again.
