Soultune: she is able to grant any wish as long as she has the wisher's permission. after granting the wish, the wisher will become a magical girl (girl being an umbrella term) and gain magical powers and an outfit based off their soultune. if the person getting their wish is tuneless, then they will just get a weapon with basic magical projectiles and your standard magical girl cloths
