Special Containment Procedures: SCP-6425 is to be kept on site [REDACTED] in a 5 m × 5 m × 4 m cell lined with silver plating and, following Incident 6425-B, soundproofing under a layer of typical wall plaster and floor/ceiling tiles on all sides. The door to the cell should be outwardly lined with silver and locked with a numerical passcode only known to on-site deaf personnel, including SCP-6425's assigned doctor, Dr. Charlie ██████, and select off-site personnel in case of emergency. Non-deaf personnel asking for the passcode are to be ignored and quarantined until confirmed to be free from SCP-6425's influence.

Assigned doctors must keep tabs on a lunar calendar and plan containment procedures accordingly. SCP-6425 is permitted to have occasional supervised daytime walks outside of the cell, unless during a full moon or 2 days before and after. Raw meat is not to be allowed on the site under any circumstances, and all meat fed to SCP-6425 must be thoroughly cooked and free of blood. (See Addendum 1).

In the event of a containment breach during a full moon or partial transformation into SCP-6425-1, all personnel are to be evacuated and guards must equip high grade industrial earplugs before engaging with SCP-6425-1. Handheld speakers loaded with high-frequency audio and silver-lined nets are to be used to subdue SCP-6425-1 before injecting with a silver tipped syringe of heavy tranquilizers. Once transformed back into a human, SCP-6425 will be returned to its cell. If SCP-6425-1 cannot be located, any personnel sighted covering their bodies and eyes with foreign objects are to be apprehended with handheld speakers and silver nets until checked for extra eyes to confirm they are not SCP-6425-1.

Description: SCP-6425 is a white male under the name Fenrir Marrok, roughly 22 years of age, with black hair covering the left eye, the other eye a deep red. The upper left half of the face is covered in dark red skin and, instead of a normal eye, has multiple eyes (usually two, sometimes three) similar to the eyes seen on SCP-6425-1. SCP-6425 also has slightly pointed ears and sharpened canine teeth, both of which are a result of its "lycanthropy" and cannot be reversed. SCP-6425 itself possesses certain canine traits, such as enhanced hearing/smelling and heightened reflexes, as well as many other minor behaviors. 

On nights with a full moon, from approximately 9 - 10 PM to 6 - 7 AM, SCP-6425 transforms into SCP-6425-1, a deep red vaguely wolflike creature measuring at ██ m tall. Features change constantly, but recorded averages are 3 heads, 5 limbs, and 5 tails. SCP-6425-1 also has, on average, 20+ bright red eyes with a black ring around the pupils and 3 extra mouths, scattered across the body in a seemingly random configuration. Stock of extra clothing is not needed, as SCP-6425's clothes are included in the transformation. 2 days before scheduled transformation, all extraneous objects and furniture are to be removed from SCP-6425's cell to prevent destruction of such objects and need for replacement after every full moon.

SCP-6425-1 has shown to be extremely fast and violent, stopping at nothing to rip apart all living creatures in its vicinity. Bite strength registered at █████ psi, running speed registered at ███ mph. SCP-6425-1's hearing, sight, and sense of smell are dramatically enhanced, able to locate prey from miles away by detecting a heartbeat and breathing. SCP-6425-1's method of hunting is simple brute force, charging at its prey at full speed and devouring it. Fastest recorded time between a test subject being released into the cell and the test subject being consumed is 2.3 seconds.

SCP-6425-1 is capable of shapeshifting, though it seems to be imperfect, as it is unable to hide the many eyes covering the form it takes and has enough intelligence to cover itself with foreign objects to conceal them. SCP-6425-1 is able to take the form of whatever living creature it desires, with limits depending on the size of the form. Recorded forms taken include a golden retriever, a grizzly bear, a maine coon cat (described by Dr. █████ as being strikingly similar to her childhood cat), an american alligator, and a young boy of indeterminate age.

SCP-6425-1 is also able to verbally hypnotize living things into carrying out its commands, using a deep voice and words of an unknown language. (See Addendum 3). Recorded audio of the voice does not produce the same effect, and is safe to listen to. Victims must be able to hear the voice to fall under its effects, as deaf subjects and subjects wearing industrial strength earplugs or headphones playing other audio too loudly to hear are immune.

SCP-6425-1 is mainly weak to silver, being repelled by the presence of it and severely burned upon contact. SCP-6425 is not repelled by silver, but is still burned, albeit less severely. Walls and floor of the cell are to be consistently lined with simple wall plaster and tiling to prevent injury. Silver is also shown to be the only thing capable of piercing SCP-6425-1's skin, as normal bullets, fire, and weapons have no effect.

SCP-6425-1 is also sensitive to high frequency sounds, as discovered when, during a containment breach, Dr. ███████'s hearing aid malfunctioned, and the feedback caused SCP-6425-1 to shriek and back away, clutching its heads.

Addendum 1: Security footage of Lunchroom ██ on ██-██-████

Foreword: SCP-6425 had been on a standard supervised walk through approved areas of the facility, passing nearby Lunchroom ██ at the time of the incident. The moon phase at the time was a waning crescent.

<Begin Log, skip to 04h-18m-32s>

(Three doctors in the room, including Dr. Cynthia ████, Dr. Andrew ███████, and Dr. Liam ██████ preparing lunch. Dr. Andrew removes a bagged lunch from the fridge and removes the contents, including a plain hamburger bun, a few packets of varied condiments, a bag of barbeque flavored potato chips, and a small patty of raw beef, presumably to be cooked on a nearby stove.)

Dr. Liam: You're gonna cook that here?

Dr. Andrew: Yeah, thought I'd try making a fresh burger here instead of cooking it at home and refrigerating it. What's worse than a sad microwaved burger?

(Dr. Andrew picks up the beef patty and stands up from the table.)

Dr. Cynthia: Just don't burn it, I've had enough of smelling smoke today and-...Do you two hear that?

Dr. Liam: Hear what?

(Sounds of faint screaming from outside the lunchroom, then growling and running footsteps growing louder before a partially transformed SCP-6425 charges into the room, sniffing the air before grabbing a screaming Dr. Andrew by the arm holding the beef patty and tackling him to the ground. SCP-6425 proceeds to maul Dr. Andrew as Dr. Liam flees and Dr. Cynthia backs into a far corner of the room.)

(Alarm blaring.)

Dr. Liam: (Frantically) In here!

(Dr. Liam returns with three armed guards, all three quickly pulling out handheld speakers and turning them on. SCP-6425 shrieks and backs off of the mangled Dr. Andrew, clutching its head and contorting in pain, before shifting back into human form and collapsing on the ground.)

Guard 1: Holy shit…!

Dr. Cynthia: O-oh god…

Guard 3: Well, at least we didn't have to waste any silver bullets.

Guard 2: True, that could have gone much worse than it did.

Dr. Liam: Andrew…?

Guard 3: Come on, let's take the pup back to his kennel.

(The three guards lift up SCP-6425 and carry it out of the room, while Dr. Liam and Dr. Cynthia move over Dr. Andrew.)

Closing Statement: The scent of the raw beef was determined to be the cause of the partial transformation, and as such, unless 100% certain that SCP-6425 is locked in its cell, raw meat is no longer allowed on-site. SCP-6425 apologized for the outburst once it came to and willingly agreed to remain in its cell for 5 days after the incident. Dr. Andrew expired from blood loss before he was able to receive medical help. 

Addendum 2: Log of tests on SCP-6425-1

Participants: 2 D-Class Personnel 

Location: SCP-6425's containment cell

Test parameters: D-1 and D-2 were released into the room with a fully transformed SCP-6425-1 and instructed to try and avoid it.

Results: Within 4 seconds, D-1 was consumed, while D-2 ran to a corner and was consumed within 5 seconds.

Location: SCP-6425's containment cell

Test parameters: D-1 and D-2 were released into the room with a fully transformed SCP-6425-1 and instructed to try and speak to it and calm it down. D-2 had been allowed to communicate with and learn about SCP-6425 the morning before testing to form a bond.

Results: D-1 commanded SCP-6425-1 to "calm the hell down", and was consumed within 3 seconds. D-2 took a calmer approach, speaking in a soothing voice and comforting it. SCP-6425-1 paused for a moment, allowing D-2 to approach and place a hand on its muzzle. D-2 was then consumed within 8 seconds. Upon transformation back into a human and being informed of D-2's expiration, SCP-6425 looked forlorn and seemed apprehensive about further testing. Testing using emotional bonds suggested as an alternative to high-frequency sounds to prevent possible damage to surrounding personnel's hearing.

Addendum 3: Incident 6425-B

On ██-██-████, at 11:43 PM during a full moon, Dr. ████████ had been passing by SCP-6425's cell when she heard a voice through the wall. The voice sent Dr. ████████ into a trancelike state, in which she entered the passcode to SCP-6425's cell and opened the door. SCP-6425-1 immediately escaped from the cell and consumed Dr. ████████, initiating a containment breach lockdown. During the lockdown, 36 personnel were hypnotized by SCP-6425-1's voice and promptly consumed, including guards attempting to subdue it. SCP-6425-1 was finally recaptured when it encountered Dr. Charlie ██████, who was immune to its voice due to deafness. Dr. Charlie turned on a handheld speaker taken from one of the guard's corpses and subdued SCP-6425-1 enough to inject it with tranquilizers. Following the incident, soundproofing was added to the walls of SCP-6425's cell and knowledge of the passcode was restricted to deaf personnel only, and Dr. Charlie was assigned as the lead doctor for SCP-6425's case.
