Adopt/Design TOS:

• You must me give credit for the design! Payment must be completed within 2 weeks (or longer if discussed beforehand)
• Try not to private my designs! I prefer being able to view them!
• If you use toyhouse you must link my toyhouse name "JuniperSong"
• If you lose connection with the character you are allowed to rehome them! But you are not to sell them for more than you got them for(unless theres additional works)
• This should be a given but some unfortunately don't understand this. This goes for anyone's design really but i'll point it out, if I gift you a design, wether I design it or someone else, you shouldn't be later on making a profit off of it without being the one to have paid for it, unless there is additional art that you added. That should be a given.
• Please don't sell/trade immediately after receiving.
• Along with rehoming,  you must tell me  who they're going to before the transaction is complete (so i know if I can trust the person with then, or if im not comfortable)
  • Along with this you're not permitted to resell/rehome to blacklisted users, or you will also be blacklisted. Sorry.
