Kiyaka is 5'7 and slim. She has light pink hair with black streaks, styled with straight bangs and put into two long ponytails at the sides of her head. Her eyes are yellow, and her skin is fair. Her main outfit is an oversized yellow sweater with minimalistic black patterning. Black lace traces the rims of her collar, cuffs, and the bottom of the sweater. She wears a purple garter on her right thigh, and knee-length black socks with yellow pinstripes.

Personality
Kiyaka does not sugarcoat her words. Being the Ultimate Critic, she likes to say things how they are; even if it results her her being rude.
She is a "fuckgirl", for lack of a better word. She cannot commit to one partner, and constantly switches between them. She does not want to get tied down by anyone, and just wants to have a good time.

Story
Ever since she was young, Kiyaka has always had a very critical mind. She marveled at the idea of becoming a critic, but always struggled to transfer her ideas to paper.
When she was 16, she found a talented writer online that was willing to write her articles anonymously for her, in exchange for a percentage of the profit. Kiyaka had hired a ghostwriter.
With the help of the ghostwriter, she was able to criticize approximately 50 movies and TV shows that became successful thanks to her critiques. This caused her to be scouted by Hope's Peak.
Kiyaka had a boyfriend who she cheated on due to her commitment issues. He knew about her ghostwriter, and threatened to expose her - ruining her career. Before he could, however, the world got consumed by despair.
