Works as a gardener at Lièn's Library. Niveu is incredibly fond of the island, its plantlife and people, and broadly appreciates all that is beautiful in the world. However, there are qualities in herself that she is deeply ashamed and conflicted over. She tends to keep to herself or to those she knows well but is generally very sociable. The only one she feels truly close to is her best friend Efir, whom Niveu admires profoundly.

Niveu has very dark brown curly hair, which she keeps fairly short. Her eyes are a greenish brown colour.
