He looks human but he actually is not! He has wings, even on his feet, and those "goggles" are literally his eyes. I guess you could call him a fae creature of some sort.

He is from the same world as Zippy and Pippy, and like Zippy he is a dream warrior who helps protect people from their own dreams. The gem on the collar of his cape is his power gem. His powers mostly center around flight and wind.
