Basileus

Boastful, overconfident and rash, Basileus is everything you do not wish for in a young dragon.
He often gets himself into dangerous situations because of his ego, but his bravery is to be admired.
No enemy is too large, too foreboding, or too powerful for him to try to challenge.
Once you get passed his rude ego he can turn out to be quite the loyal friend.

Small for his species, but still quite large compared to other creatures. He is very quick and quite physically strong, so he does have some qualities to back up his ego.
He is covered in a white war paint, which is like a permanent tattoo to mark his maturity.
He has numerous scars over his body, mainly a result from taking on larger opponents.
On the ground, he uses his large snake-like lower body to slither around, using his arms for steering and his wings to give an occasional push.
He is excellent at gliding, using his muscley tail to latch onto trees and ledges.
