Talvi is Fey Lord of the Winter Court and was crowned at a young age through a process which involved freezing and taking out her heart to fuel her archfey power, which resides in the staff she carries
Talvi is a ice queen, literally and emotionally. Due to her frozen heart her emotions are dulled to a point, only very strong emotions will make her lose face. Before she became queen, she was a anxious and emotional child, which she claims to think of her younger years as silly. She has dominion over the Winter Court and is opposed to the Summer Court of fairies.

- doesnt like humans wandering into the fey realm, they are a hassle to get rid of
- her full title is "Talvi Aurelian, Arch Lady of the Winter Court"

- her ears are very long, longer than a regular elf
- the white freckles only appear when its snowing
- her hair is pulled back in a neat bun or let loose at medium length
- shes really tall...like aleast 6'7, fey in my lore are reaaallly tall
