Ran-Ran is a private detective who specialises in international cases, travelling around the world constantly. He is gifted with extremely high intelligence, which they boast about often, and can easily read others true intentions. At times, it gets annoying since his clients would lie or go off the beaten path. Ran Ran does love their job as a detective despite all of that.
In Aurum, Ran-Ran is very well known for his smarts and constantly raiding through bakeries. All residents know that he is a great detective, and will remind them too. They can empty out an inventory in a couple of hours and still be hungry. His favourite spot is Starfall café owned by Ophelia, their close friend. They are much more like himself (playful and silly) when at home, but of course serious (and boastful) when he is at work.
He meets Agent Theory on an overseas case, which was the first time someone was very honest to him. Fey disliked him and his arrogant attitude, which made working difficult. Ran-Ran found that very attractive. Theory's honesty was something he needed and became much appreciated, but the two separated after the case was done. They didn't see fem for another two years when there was a case near Aurum, and Ran-Ran tries to befriend them (he really liked Theory, a crush, but had no clue it was a crush). Theory was not a fan of this yearning and kept being distant. After that case, Theory had to stay in the area for some time and was dragged into town by Ran-Ran.
He manages to become friends with Theory, and they talked off and on while separated. They worked much better in cases and often called together to solve them. They got together romantically three years after being friends, and really love each other. Ran-Ran is EXTREMELY affectionate and open about their feelings with Theory. Quite out there, but fey is okay with it.
Ran Ran is heavily based on Ranpo Edogawa from BSD, Rantaro Amami from DRV3, Gold from Pokespe, and Junpei Iori from Persona 3. They are their OWN character though! If you need a better idea on their personality, its a mix of those four.
