There is a ghost story, that has been making its way about Nym. That within a charred forest, lies the home of the Lady of Bones. Bring your dead to her and she will let them free of their regrets, so they may attend the Mother's side with little tying them here. It is to keep them safe, to keep their land free of more strife, of more pain. Treat the lady with kindness, for should you not she may come to your door and read your own life back to you. But also a Guardian of the Damned of Nym, bringing the restless to rest. She toils where others would pillage, and of that demands respect.

Imhid's story has been lost, and at a rather early age. She revels in the quiet, laughing at the ghost story she has become in recent years. She was born to a human father named Imhir and a dragon mother, named Caskahan. in the later years of her father's life. They lived happily enough, as much as a dragon and human can in a place like Nym. Imhid was happy she got 10 years with him, a decade of her life with a whole family. For her mother kept her smile, but never was the same after her father's death.

Not long after her father's death, she began to have strange dreams. Of a man and his life growing up. Worried, she ran to her mother asking her what was going on. Caskahan, a yellowy white drake, thought and thought, until something clicked into place. Seancing and necromancy are common magics. But...the capabilites her daughter was displaying were far beyond her years. And very few she had known were able to extend themselves to such capacity.

Which came to the single conclusion of a gift, The Blessing. So Caskahan threw herself into her daughter's education, teaching her the basics. The blocks on which to build her own unique magic abilities. It was also a nice way for mother and daughter to conenct, and drew them ever closer.

Beyond a few jaunts outside of Nym, and even fewer beyond the continent, Imhid stays in a home near her mother's place. Many come seeking repentance for the dead, to which her abilities provide her. A direct line to peer into the memories of the deceased, though if she uses more power can access the memories of the living. Most times her requested venture is...just to soothe the living. Some she partakes in to bring the dead to their families. As a past time of hers is picking across the ancient ruins to find old bones, trying to reuinte them with family if she can. Or bury them with their fellows.
