Rooster

Rooster is a result of a failed gene-modification experiment. He's a male rooster-bloodhound hybrid. Scientists tried mixing different animal DNA to see if they could create something new. Disappointed by the outcome they left the pup to die, not expecting him to survive for long.

Rooster is reserved and prefers to stay out of people's way. After his traumatic childhood he has developed a chronic fear of humans, especially those in white coats. Rooster is also suffering from Insomnia and Trianopia due to the modifications done to his body, so he has bad darkening around his eyes and can only see red or green colours. He is also infertile.

• Unlike wolves, Rooster howl at the Sunrise.
• Sometimes when he barks, the bark cracks into a sort of rooster crow.
• Rooster battles with insomnia, which is the cause for the dark colour around his eyes.
• Due to his modified DNA Rooster suffers from Tritanopia, a kind of colour blindness, making him see mostly red and greenish colours. He is also infertile.
• The wings on his back are functional but they can’t carry his weight so he can’t fly.
• Can be seen with all white feathers.
