He wonders around looking for anyone to interview. He only speaks in static and garbled white noise. He knows no one can understand him, so he tries to find anyone with a voice to make his talk show more interesting. All he really wants is someone to humor him and answer his questions, or at least try to. He can, however, get very angry if a person refuses to be interviewed. He will have his interview one way or another, and someone pleading for mercy is only slightly less interesting then when people actually talk back.
