Circus was a failed lab experiment when they were trying to make a mutant beast. When they realized that it was not what they wanted, they threw it away and left it abandoned. Some time passed and some circus workers found it and took it away, then they realized that it could be used to attract people to their circus so they decided to train it and use it as an attraction for their circus.
