Eight

A lovely boyo I am still forming a backstory around.

Built by the Nygaard Corporation in 2099, 8 is the eighth and last unit in a series of sentient androids meant to serve humans. However, due to a malfunction, 8 was shut off and placed to the side as the team who built him decided what to do: was he worth repairing, or would his scrap suffice? Before they could decide, 8 was stolen by a pair of political revolutionaries to use for their movement's own goal.

Now a wanted android, 8 is forced to "grow up" as he's thrown down a spiraling path. Being used as an object for these human revolutionaries and discovering the simultaneous disrespect and oppression of other robots like him, he has to learn how to forge a life that wasn't set by others. While he may have been programmed with the Three Laws of Robotics, 8 comes to realize that the Law is merely a suggestion he has the intelligent power to disobey.
