Design Terms of Use
Result in breaking any of these rules will end up in a warning. If you break another rule then you'll be blacklisted and will be unable to purchase or receive any more of my designs. The blacklist can be seen above ^^^
1: Do not put a design for resale for more than it's worth. If you purchased a design for a certain price you CANNOT sell it for more. If you have bought art to go with the design, you can only sell them for as much as the original price was + the art price. No more than that. For example, you cannot sell a custom with 3 pieces of art with a total money value of 20$ for more than 20$.
2: TELL ME WHERE MY DESIGN HAS GONE. I love knowing who has my designs and honestly this is the most important rule as it can go to someone on my blacklist and can result in you being blacklisted.
3: Don't sell/trade/gift designs to someone offsite. (Furaffinity, Tumblr, etc). I'm not active or even on other sites that often and it's harder to keep track of my designs this way. I prefer them to stay on DeviantART only (having them on your toyhou.se is okay as long as you also have a DA).
4: If a design is traded/gifted, it is no longer eligible to be sold for points or real currency. If a design is traded/gifted, it no longer has its money worth. It only gains back it's money/points worth when more art is bought. But like the first rule, it can only then be sold for its new point/money worth in new art.
5: Don't claim my design as your own. I mean you bought it from me, so have some respect and at least credit me for making the design.
6: Changing species/small aspects of the design is okay! As long as the design is recognizable, small tweaks or species changes is okay with me! If you are unsure about the changes you made is alright, you can show me the design and ask if it's all good.
