Sparky

Sparky is a little electric demon, and a bit of a prankster too! His form can change to pretty much anything, but he likes keeping his devil-like form and always has a black/blue color scheme. His entire being runs on electricity, and if he runs out he perishes. When full on electricity, his body glows a bright blue. The lower his power level gets, the more dull of a blue he becomes and his glow slowly goes away. His horn/tail stripes and spiky bracelets/collar can change in any combination, or go away entirely too! Though I prefer when he at least has his spiky collar, his spikey bracelets are an added bonus.
