Confidence is silent. Insecurities are loud.
Silverberry looked up to her sister Goldenlily and aspired to be like her. She would often follow her sister around and attempt to do all the same things she did. This was a great benefit to the clan as the two sister working together to assist their clanmates lightened the load for the apprentices and even some of the warriors.
Despite her shy nature, Silverberry was a strong warrior. After the attack she suffered from a pack of dogs, she would do combat training every chance she got. She never wanted to be put in that position again nor did she want Tawnyblaze to suffer the same thing she did.
Silverberry is a very shy and reseved cat. She will rarely ever speak up for herself unless provoked. However, she often lights up whenever the queens request her assistance when it comes to looking after their kits.
Due to her strong admiration for her sister, Silverberry felt as though she could never match Goldenlily's elegance or gain the sort of respect Goldenlily received. The severe scarring she received as a result of an attack by a pack of dogs is also the source of her strong insecurities. And she will never say it but she does hold a bit of resentment for her clanmate for practically chasing her sister out of the clan.

Silverberry had a very average upbringing. She idolized her sister and would be her shadow as the two grew up. During her apprenticeship she suffered severe injuries from a pack of dogs. When her sister died giving birth to her kits, Silverberry took on the role as mother to one of them and Scorchmask even pretended to be mates with the she cat.
KITHOOD
Average upbringing in ShadowClan with her sister, Goldenkit. As an apprentice she had most her tail taken from her by a dog. As it healed she came to admire Scorchmask, as he had some ugly scars on him and he always seemed so...confident with them. Something she lacked.
WARRIORHOOD
While she missed her chance at telling Scorchmask how she felt, when he chose Goldenlily as a mate, she was granted a second opportunity when Goldenlily fled the clan, and he came to her with a scrap of fur asking for assistance. While it stung to be a second choice, she couldn’t put it in her heart to turn them down, and so she took Tawnykit in and was given herbs to help produce milk so she could properly care for her as a mother would. As Tawnykit grew up, she partially took in Cedarkit as well as he had grown fond of Tawnykit. Raising the pair proved to be a rather difficult task, as she found it hard to be firm with them. As time went on, it became clear Scorchmask didn’t seem to be wanting anything more than a coverup, even as Tawnykit became Tawnypaw. His heart seemed closed off to her, but that didn’t stop her from remaining by his side to play the part. If this was the closest she got to being with the one she cared for then that was enough for her.

Silverberry has pretty much always loved Scorchmask but struggles to gain any of the same affection he felt for her sister, Goldenlily, who was his previous mate and the mother of his kits.
Silverberry looked up to and strongly admired her sister to the point that she would even shadow her any chance she got. She was absolutely crushed when Scorchmask informed her of Goldenlily's death.
Aria was assumed dead or close to death at her birth so Silverberry was not aware of her existence until her arrival to ShadowClan's territory where she and Scorchmask realized Aria was Scorchmask's second daughter. Her feelings towards her are still developing but so far she likes her.
Due to Silverberry raising Tawnyblaze as if she were her own kit, she feels a very strong attachment to her. Silverberry would die for her kit and hates that one day she will have to tell her the truth about her mother.
