Champagne is an independent Grem who lives in the middle of the city. She loves city life and often indulges in it, barhopping or going to clubs on weekends. She knows her streets well. When she's on the clock, though, she's a rather famous racer, and she takes great pride in this. Her bike is like an extension of herself; if it's not clean, she's not clean, and if it has a scratch, she feels as hurt as if she had been wounded. She tries not to let her popularity get to her head, but she will use it to boast about herself at certain times.

Though she takes a lot of time to primp and preen and can be a bit vain, she's very loyal to her friends. Often when she meets someone new she introduces herself and describes herself as "bubbly". She thinks this is funny so she uses it all the time. Some of her friends will either mockingly or fondly call her by the nickname "Bubbles" as a result.
