Maybelle’s story
When Maybelle was born she was left on the steps of the wizard tower in the imperial city. The headmaster to the wizard tower and the wizard academy took her in. He raised her and then set her up to attend the school. Because Maybelle is a human and most of the people in the world she lives on is not. This made it a little harder for Maybelle to get along with others, she just didn't fit in. When she turned 13 she was tired of being told she wasn't going to achieve becoming a witch. So she decided to do something about it, and by that, she decided to learn every type of magic they offered. But it didn't stop there during the times of her being in the library she went into the section no student should have. The forbidden section which was closed off to all the students. Just like every young curious child who was told no or not to do something she did it. In doing so she discovered articles of a school called Darksun Academy, which was located in the kingdom of Darksun. Wanting to know more about this school she researched it. Even meeting some of the students when they came into the Imperial city most likely for a field trip their teachers arranged. The more she learned about the academy the more intrigued she became.
So with the young mind wandering about Darksun Academy, she did more research on the people there. Now with the knowledge that most of the people in Darksun are misunderstood, seen as heathens, outcasts, and black sheep she had to go there. Especially when she learned they taught the forbidden powers. Now is her chance to prove to prove to everyone she knows she will be great in not just one thing but everything.
personality
Maybelle's a kind happy young teenager, very excitable at times. She takes life and makes the best of it trying to not let negative things impact her. This way her determination on her goals won't be smashed in some kind of manor. Maybelle takes every situation and cares for it greatly making sure others around her are happy, treated the way she would want to be treated. She also does this to prove to the world there is no such thing as a bad person, every person is just a broken vase that needs some super glue or duct tape to make them all better.
