Omar treats every stranger as a friend he hasn't met yet. This is everyone's first and only warning.
No but really, he's loud, adventurous and the class clown of town. Omar's the one who would break the ice first with a joke or a random thought, and tries to be as inclusive as possible. You'd see him as the one who keeps tabs on the stragglers and makes sure no one in the group is forgotten.
But also, he leaps before he thinks. And competitive as all hell. He's the guy who could make a game of anything- if you need someone to accept a challenge on who could spit the farthest, you don't even need to wait because he's already spitting.
Overall, Omar's a goofball but he's got a lot of heart. When the time calls for it, he will always try to do what's right.

HISTORY
Omar was born as the oldest of five children to a foreman and a seamstress. His life had been normal enough. He walked with his four sisters everyday to school so none of them got lost. He prepped the meals most of the time whenever his parents were tired from work. He made sure they all remained hidden as the dragon flew overhead so none of them were its next target.
Okay, so one of those things didn't sound as normal. But it may as well be if that was the only life he knew.
Despite the perpetual fear over impending doom, Omar made the best of the cards he was dealt, and made sure everyone else did the same. It's how he stayed on top of his classes. How he grew to love videogames and creating over-the-top inventions. Kazoos blown on every birthday. Trips to the park when staying undercover would've been safer. Things were fine, though the ongoing illness rendering his mother bedridden had been a particularly hard blow on Omar's future.
Let it be known that the beaver was always a hard worker, so to him, sacrificing college to work in the factory full time was a no-brainer, even if his family argued against him. A higher education was better given to the youngest members he'd say, like Mia! Potion enthusiast who could be looking for the cure! To him, stability was important if they wanted a shot at a better life.
And that's where his life is at. Keeping the family together while hoping for something to change for the better.

House of Roaring TempestWith this spell, Omar blows a burst of wind from his cannon, maintaining enough thrust for him to use it as a hoverboard if ridden. If the cannon is held when he uses it, the wind is capable of blowing adversaries away with ease.

Palace of Solar SanctuaryOmar shoots an explosive shot from his cannon that, once it hits the target, coats it in an energy that makes it explosive, meaning any further impact it experiences makes it explode. Double boom.
