Soooo, since this is just my main sona, and I don't really have a backstory... I'm using this tab to explain the world my sonas live in and how it works! This is just a way to indulge and let anything I want be canon in some way. Sometimes I enjoy the chaos of it all... and sometimes it's just fun to let my sonas be silly.

My sonas live in what I just refer to as The Void. It's a representation of my brain and where my thoughts reside. The Void exists between every universe; it acts as a barrier between them all. There is an infinite amount of universes, making the void infinitely large! Only my sonas can enter The Void on their own (as once they enter it on their own, it officially makes them a sona). However, anyone can get into The Void as long as a sona takes them there.

The moment a sona first enters on their own makes them immortal. The reason for this is because the sonas act as protectors of The Void. It's connected to the sonas mental wellbeing. If the sonas are all unwell, it can cause The Void to fall apart and destroy every universe with it. The sonas are meant to make sure that doesn't happen, whether they want to or not.

The Void itself is very... empty. It's usually one big field with cliffs in some notable areas. Each cliff leads to a universe, and you'll never know which universe you'll enter until you attempt to find out! The Void also changes colors depending on the overall mood of my sonas! This is always up to interpretation, but calmer colors usually represent stability, and harsher ones represent danger and urge the sonas to help ensure The Void doesn't fall apart. The Void is actually a sentient creature and has the ability to talk (although it's only done that once), and the colors it changes to are it's emotions the sonas feel! The only other important physical appearance is the small neighborhood inside it where all my sonas live! Otherwise, The Void is up to personal interpretation!

Travelling through universes is a very fundamental part of my sonas stories. Anyone in any universe can have the potential to travel to a nearby universe. You can do it by using powers or by mentally training yourself to travel! It's a very difficult skill and it can take ages to perfect, but it's a very fun one nonetheless. Some universes are harder to get to than others. Universes with alternate versions of a canon self, for instance, require a lot more energy than other universes. Some people may never know about universe travelling depending on their universe. But again, anyone can do it!
